Fresh flowers and accessories used for decoration may vary depending on daily stock availability.

Decoration setup time may take 30–45 minutes, depending on the design selected.

Any concerns or complaints must be reported within 2 hours of completed decoration.

Once decoration has started, no cancellations or rescheduling will be allowed.

Please ensure someone is present at the location to guide the decorator and approve the final look.
