Refund Policy – Floriwish.in

At Floriwish.in, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to deliver every product and service as promised. However, if you are not satisfied or something goes wrong, we are here to help.

Conditions for Refund Eligibility

A refund will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  1. Order Cancellation
  2. The order was canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time.
  3. A formal cancellation request was sent to cancellation@floriwish.in with complete order details.
  4. Non-Delivery of Order
  5. If the order was not delivered to the recipient due to reasons within our control (not including recipient unavailability or incorrect address).
  6. Product Quality Issues
  7. If the delivered product (e.g., flowers, cakes, decorations) is damaged or not up to the mark, and the issue is reported within 4 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos as proof.
  8. Courier-delivered Products
  9. If a product shipped via courier is received in a damaged or unusable condition, and the issue is reported within 6-8 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

  1. Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
  2. Refunds typically take 7 to 10 working days to reflect in your account.
  3. Floriwish reserves the right to evaluate each refund request and take the final decision.

Non-Refundable Situations

  1. Orders canceled less than 24 hours before delivery.
  2. Perishable items (like flowers or cakes) not accepted due to recipient unavailability.
  3. Minor issues such as:
  4. Slight delay in delivery due to traffic/weather
  5. Name/message missing on cakes or flowers
  6. Cosmetic damage (unless severe)
  7. Orders placed for special occasions like Valentine’s Day, New Year, or other peak days (unless the product is not delivered).

Important Notes

  1. 20% cancellation charge may apply to refunds for orders canceled within 24 hours of delivery time.
  2. Customized or personalized products are not eligible for refunds unless defective.
  3. If a partial refund is approved, it will be based on the product condition and service evaluation.
  4. The maximum refund will never exceed the total amount paid by the customer.

  3. Reason for refund
  4. Attach clear photos/videos in case of product damage
