Shipping Policy

Title and Risk of Loss

Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon Floriwish shipment. Thereafter, Floriwish will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the product.

Shipping and Delivery Timeline

Decoration Services – We offer same-day decoration service, but some decorations need to be booked at least 3–4 days before the event due to customization requirements.

Flowers and Cakes – Flowers and cakes can be delivered on the same day. Please place your order at least 6 hours in advance for same-day delivery.

Miscellaneous Products – Miscellaneous products like plants, gift items, candles, etc. will take 5–7 days to deliver from our warehouse.

If the Recipient Receives the Product in Damaged Condition

  1. The recipient should check the products delivered (cakes, flowers, or any other items) before signing the receipt.
  2. If the delivered product is found to be damaged, the recipient should refuse to accept it and must inform Customer Care immediately.
  3. Any issues related to the products delivered must be reported within 4 hours of receipt. After that, no request for replacement or refund will be entertained.
  4. In case of severely damaged products, a replacement will be provided. Please allow a minimum of 6 hours for the replacement process.
  5. Complaints for courier-delivered products must be reported within 6–8 hours after delivery. Complaints made after this period will not be entertained.

Minimalistic and Cosmetic Damages

The following will not be eligible for refund or replacement unless severely damaged:

  1. Name or message not written on the cake.
  2. Name or message not attached with flowers.
  3. Cream decoration issues on the cake or flower packaging-related concerns.

Keep as Surprise

For orders where “Keep as Surprise” is selected, we will deliver the order as requested without disclosing the sender’s details. If the receiver refuses to accept the order, we will then disclose the sender’s details so the order can be acknowledged. If the receiver still does not accept the order, it will be returned and considered as completed from the company’s end. Due to time limitations and the perishable nature of gift items, we will attempt our best to deliver the order within the given timeframe.
