At Floriwish.com, we ensure your gifts, flowers, cakes, and decorations reach your loved ones safely and on time. Please read our Shipping & Delivery Policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders.

1. Title and Risk of Loss

Once your order is shipped from Floriwish, the title and risk of loss pass to you (the customer). After dispatch, Floriwish will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or delay caused during transit by the delivery partner or due to circumstances beyond our control.

2. Shipping and Delivery Timelines

🌸 Decoration Services

We offer same-day decoration services in most locations.

However, custom or large-scale decorations should be booked at least 3–4 days in advance, as they require special arrangements and materials.

🎂 Flowers and Cakes

We provide same-day delivery for flowers and cakes.

To ensure timely delivery, please place your order at least 5–6 hours before your preferred delivery time.

🎁 Other Gift Items

For non-perishable items such as plants, soft toys, candles, personalized gifts, etc., delivery usually takes 5–7 business days from our warehouse, depending on your location and courier availability.

3. If the Recipient Receives a Damaged Product

We take great care while packaging and delivering all items.

However, in the rare case of damage:

  1. The recipient must inspect the order upon delivery before signing or accepting it.
  2. If found damaged, please refuse the delivery and contact our customer support immediately.
  3. Any issues must be reported within 4 hours of receiving the product at support@floriwish.com or +91-7027463786.
  4. After 4 hours, we cannot accept refund or replacement requests.

If verified, a replacement will be arranged within 6–8 hours for local deliveries.

For courier products, please report within 8 hours of receipt.

4. Cosmetic or Minimal Damage Policy

Please note that minor or cosmetic issues will not be eligible for replacement or refund, such as:

  1. Slight smudging of cake cream or minor packaging damage
  2. Name or message missing on cake or bouquet tag
  3. Small flower petal damage during transit

Refunds or replacements will be processed only in cases of significant damage or product mismatch.

5. “Keep as Surprise” Orders

When you choose “Keep as Surprise,” our team ensures the order is delivered without revealing the sender’s details.

However, if the receiver refuses to accept the gift, we may share the sender’s name to help complete the delivery.

If the receiver still declines, the order will be marked “Complete” from our end, as products are perishable and cannot be reshipped.

We always attempt to deliver within the requested time frame, but delays may occur due to weather, location, or recipient unavailability.

6. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message or email with delivery details and tracking information (for courier-based items).
