Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Refund Policy – Floriwish.in

Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

General Cancellation & Return

  1. Any cancellation request must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery time to be eligible for a refund.
  2. No refund shall be issued for cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the delivery time.
  3. Cancellation requests must be sent via email with the subject line “Cancellation Request” to:

  5. The email must include:
  6. Order ID
  7. Reason for Cancellation
  8. Upon receiving the cancellation request, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. The refund process may take 7 to 10 working days.

Refunds Will Be Issued Under the Following Conditions:

  1. The order was successfully canceled before the 24-hour window.
  2. The order was not delivered to the recipient. (This excludes cases where the recipient was unavailable or not found.)
  3. If a product quality issue is reported and verified, either a replacement or full refund will be issued.

Refund requests are subject to internal evaluation, and the decision made by Floriwish’s management will be final.

Note: The refund amount cannot exceed the amount paid by the customer. Floriwish is not responsible for any other loss, emotional distress, or additional charges beyond the order value.

Deductions & Exceptions

  1. If an order is canceled within 24 hours of the delivery time, a 20% cancellation charge will apply.
  2. Discounted or promotional items are non-refundable.
  3. Any additional or excess amount paid to Floriwish may be adjusted against future orders but is not refundable.

Cancellation Policy – Decoration Packages

Booking Guidelines

  1. It is recommended to book decoration packages at least 7 to 10 days in advance, especially during busy seasons.
  2. Last-minute bookings (within 12 hours of the event) may be accepted based on availability. Please confirm on call at +91-7027463786.

Balloon Decoration Cancellation Charges

  1. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the event: No refund
  2. Cancellation 24 to 72 hours before the event: Rs. 1000 or 50%, whichever is lower
  3. Cancellation 4 to 7 days before the event: Rs. 500 flat
  4. Cancellation more than 7 days before the event: No cancellation charge

Note: In case of rain, hailstorm, or any other natural cause, only rescheduling is allowed. No refund will be given.

Perishable items cannot be refunded, canceled, or rescheduled.

Special Dates: No cancellation allowed for bookings on 13th & 14th February (Valentine’s Day), 25th December, 31st December, and 1st January.

Room & Candlelight Packages

  1. 50% of the amount will be deducted for cancellation of these packages.
  2. In some cases, no refund will be provided after booking confirmation.

Wedding Events Cancellation Policy

  1. flat cancellation charge of ₹2500 is applicable for all wedding and floral decoration bookings.
  2. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 2 days of the event.

Rescheduling Policy

  1. Rescheduling less than 24 hours before the event: Not allowed, except in special cases.
  2. Rescheduling 24 hours to 3 days before the event: Allowed without charges.
  3. Rescheduling 3 or more days before the event: Allowed without charges.

No rescheduling will be entertained for special packages booked on 13th, 14th February, 25th December, or 31st December.

Additional Information

  1. Cake and bouquet orders cannot be canceled on the same day as the experience.
  2. Hotel room bookings are restricted to guests 18 years and older. A maximum of two guests per room is allowed.
  3. Our customer service hours are: Monday to Saturday, 11 AM – 7 PM. We are closed on Sundays.
