At Floriwish.com, we value your trust and strive to make every celebration special. However, we understand that sometimes plans may change. This policy explains how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled across our various products and services.
Any cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time to be eligible for a refund.
No cancellations or refunds can be processed once the 24-hour delivery window begins or once an order is prepared, customized, or dispatched.
To cancel an order, please email us at cancellation@floriwish.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request” and include:
a. Order ID
b. Reason for cancellation
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7–10 working days to the same payment method used for the order.
A refund will be considered under the following situations:
✅ Eligible for Refund:
Order was cancelled within the valid time period.
The order was not delivered due to an issue on our end (not recipient unavailability).
A product was damaged or of poor quality, and the claim was verified by our team.
❌ Not Eligible for Refund:
Recipient unavailable or refused delivery.
Incorrect address or contact number provided.
Delay caused by weather, traffic, or uncontrollable events.
Personalized or perishable items like cakes and flowers once prepared.
In case of service failure, our management will review the issue, and their decision will be final.
The maximum refund amount will not exceed the amount paid by the customer.
Cancellation within 24 hours of delivery – 20% deduction of the total order amount.
Any discounted or special offers are non-refundable.
Any extra balance added to your Floriwish account can be used for future orders but cannot be refunded in cash.
Booking Policy
For best service, please book decorations 7–10 days before your event date.
We do accept last-minute bookings (up to 12 hours before the event) if slots are available.

Cancellation Policy (Balloon & Room Decorations)
Less than 24 hours before event: No refund.
24–72 hours before event: ₹1000 or 50% (whichever is lower) deducted.
4–7 days before event: ₹500 flat cancellation charge.
Before 7 days: No cancellation fee.
In case of rain, storm, or natural events, rescheduling will be offered — no refund for perishable or setup-related items.
Special Days (Non-Refundable)
Cancellations or refunds are not allowed for bookings made on:
13th–14th February (Valentine’s Day)
25th December (Christmas)
31st December – 1st January (New Year)
Any other special event offers or festival packages
Room & Candlelight Packages
For these packages:
50% of the booking amount will be deducted on any cancellation.
Some premium or customized experiences are nonrefundable after confirmation.
A flat ₹2500 cancellation charge applies to all wedding and floral decoration bookings.
No refund is available if the cancellation is made within 2 days of the event.
Wedding decorators and suppliers are scheduled in advance, especially during peak seasons.
Less than 24 hours: No rescheduling possible.
24 hours to 3 days before the event: Rescheduling allowed at no cost (subject to availability).
3 days or more before the event: Rescheduling free of charge.
Special days (Valentine’s, Christmas, New Year): No rescheduling available.
As most of our products (flowers, cakes, fruits, and decorations) are perishable, returns are not accepted once the delivery is completed.
For courier-based gifts (like soft toys or personalized items), returns are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged on arrival.
Please report such issues within 6 hours of delivery with clear photos at support@floriwish.com.
