A trained Floriwish decoration expert will visit your location at the selected date and time slot and complete the decoration similar to the sample images shown.

For ceiling decorations, please arrange a stool or ladder in advance to help our decorator safely reach the ceiling.

Hotel room decorations can be done only if prior permission is taken from the hotel management by the customer.

In case of any issue or concern, kindly inform us within 2 hours of the decoration completion time. Complaints raised after this period may not be entertained.

No cancellation or rescheduling is allowed once the decorator has reached the location, started, or attempted the decoration.
