Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers can cancel their orders based on the time of cancellation, as outlined below:

  • 48 Hours or More Before Delivery: You may cancel your order with 10% cancellation charges deducted from the total order amount.

  • 24-36 Hours Before Delivery: Cancellations made within this time frame will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

  • Within 24 Hours of Delivery: Orders canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time will not be eligible for a refund. No refund will be provided in such cases.

  • Same-Day Delivery Orders: Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category cannot be canceled once placed.


Cancellation by Floriwish.com

In certain situations, Floriwish.com reserves the right to cancel an order due to circumstances beyond our control. These may include:

  • Product Unavailability: If a product becomes unavailable or is out of stock after the order is placed, we will inform you and offer an alternate product. If no alternate is acceptable, we will initiate a full refund.

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Address: If the provided delivery address is incorrect or incomplete, we may cancel the order after making reasonable attempts to contact you. No refund will be issued if the address is not corrected in time.

  • Delivery Issues: If an order is undeliverable due to issues like incorrect pincode or unserviceable area, Floriwish.com reserves the right to cancel the order. In this case, a full refund will be issued.

  • Fraudulent Behavior: If we detect any suspicious or fraudulent activity related to the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order without any refund.


How to Cancel an Order

  • You can cancel your order by contacting our Customer Support team directly via email or phone. Make sure to provide your order number and the reason for cancellation.

  • If the cancellation request is made within the allowed time frame, we will process your cancellation accordingly.


Refund Process for Cancellations

  • Refund Method: If you are eligible for a refund after cancellation, the amount will be refunded to your Floriwish Wallet or bank account, depending on your preference.

  • Time Frame: Refunds are generally processed within 15 working days of the cancellation.


Non-Refundable Cancellations

Please note, the following cancellations will not be eligible for a refund:

  • Recipient Not Available: If the recipient is unavailable to accept the order at the time of delivery, the order will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.

  • Incorrect Delivery Information: Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses that cannot be corrected before delivery will not be refunded.


Special Occasion Orders

Orders placed for special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Diwali, New Year, or similar high-demand periods cannot be canceled once placed due to the time-sensitive nature of these products.
