1. General Terms
Floriwish.com is an online platform for gifting flowers, cakes, gifts, and other related services. We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the customer to regularly review these terms and stay updated.
Floriwish.com offers a range of products and services, and we take all possible measures to ensure the accuracy of the information provided on our website. However, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of the information at all times.
By placing an order on Floriwish.com, you agree to follow our policies and adhere to the terms outlined herein.
2. Orders and Acceptance
The acceptance of your order is subject to the availability of products, delivery locations, and time slots. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of product unavailability, incorrect details, or fraudulent behavior.
Orders placed on Floriwish.com are processed based on the time slot available at the time of order placement. If the order cannot be delivered in the selected time slot, we will contact the customer to arrange for an alternative delivery time.
Floriwish.com reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time, and the customer will be notified in such cases. If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be processed.
3. Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel orders based on the time frame before delivery. Cancellations made within 24-36 hours of delivery will incur a 20% cancellation fee, while cancellations made 48 hours or more in advance will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
Orders placed for same-day delivery or special occasion orders (such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, etc.) cannot be canceled once confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of fraudulent activity, incorrect address information, or if the product is out of stock. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund.
4. Delivery Policy
Floriwish.com guarantees one delivery attempt. If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.
Customers should confirm the recipient's availability before placing the order to ensure a smooth delivery process.
We do not guarantee delivery for midnight orders on special occasions due to high demand, though we will attempt to deliver within the selected time window.
In cases of incorrect delivery address or undeliverable locations, the order may be canceled without refund. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all address details, including pincode, are accurate.
5. Refund Policy
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed to either the Floriwish Wallet or bank account, as per the customer’s preference. Refunds to the Floriwish Wallet will be processed within 48 hours of the delivery date, while refunds to the bank account will be processed within 15 working days.
Refunds will not be provided for orders where the recipient is unavailable, or the delivery address is incorrect.
If the customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they must notify Floriwish.com within 6 hours of delivery to initiate a replacement or refund.
6. Address Change Requests
Address changes are allowed free of charge up to 24 hours before delivery. Any changes made after 24 hours will incur a Rs. 200 charge.
If the delivery address is incorrect, and the customer requests a change of pincode, additional charges for the new delivery area may apply.
7. Product Descriptions and Availability
The products and services listed on Floriwish.com are presented with the most accurate descriptions, including product images, sizes, colors, and prices. However, Floriwish.com makes no guarantees regarding exact matches between the product images and the final delivered product. Variations may occur based on availability.
Floriwish.com reserves the right to discontinue any product or service at any time without prior notice.
8. Payment Methods
Floriwish.com accepts a range of payment methods, including credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and other online payment systems. Payment details are processed securely in accordance with our privacy policy.
In case of a failed payment, we will attempt to contact the customer to rectify the issue. If we are unable to process the payment, the order may be canceled.
9. Liability
Floriwish.com is not responsible for delays or failures in delivery due to force majeure events such as weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or postal service delays.
We are also not liable for any damages or losses arising from products that are improperly used or maintained after delivery.
10. User Responsibilities
Floriwish.com customers must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. This includes the correct delivery address, recipient contact number, and any relevant details.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the recipient is available at the delivery location to accept the gift.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
By using our website and services, customers consent to the collection, processing, and storage of their personal information as per our Privacy Policy.
Floriwish.com takes reasonable measures to protect customer data but is not responsible for any breaches in security caused by unauthorized access.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved according to the laws of India.
In case of any disagreements or claims, the matter will be referred to an arbitrator appointed by Floriwish.com and the customer.
